Mould Production and Manufacturing with Kurmak

Sheet forming and rubber vulcanisation moulds and fixtures required in production are designed and manufactured in-house at Kurmak Mould.

Unigraphics NX CAD and Unigraphics NX CAM are used for mould design and production. Moulds are manufactured on a CNC vertical machining centre, CNC lathe, CNC electrical discharge machine and mould-making machines using precision machining and high-speed techniques.
