High-Precision CNC Machining
We machine metal parts with high precision on our modern CNC machines. Our machine park — a CNC vertical machining centre, CNC lathe and CNC electrical discharge machine — delivers dimensional accuracy and surface quality for mould steels and mould components as well as custom parts.
Machining processes are programmed with NX CAM; precision machining and high-speed techniques shorten machining times and ensure repeatable quality.
Integrated with the Mould Shop
Our CNC unit works under the same roof as our mould shop, so the transition from design to machining in mould design and manufacturing is fast and revisions stay under control.
